KIP Lecture is tuition assistance from the government for high school / equivalent graduates who have good academic potential, but have economic limitations. KIP Lecture is different from scholarships which focus on providing awards or financial support to those who excel. This scholarship will be given every year and is aimed at prospective students who will enroll at UM Jember.
How to Apply

KIP Lecture recipients are Senior High School (SMA), Vocational High School (SMK), or other equivalent forms that will graduate in the current year or graduate 2 (two) years earlier.
- Have good academic potential but have economic limitations supported by valid documentary evidence
- Passed the selection of new student admissions through all university entrance channels and accepted at PTN or PTS in an accredited study program.
- Economic limitations of KIP Lecture Recipient Candidates must be proven by:
b. coming from families participating in the Family Hope Program (PKH); or
c. holder of the Prosperous Family Card (KKS),
d. and students from families that fall into deciles less than or equal to category 4 (four) in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS).Results

- Students receiving KIP Lecture will also be free from tuition fees paid to universities. The government will also subsidize living expenses worth Rp700,000 / month, which is adjusted to consider the needs in each region, to the recipients of KIP Lecture.
